Pick your work, answer a few questions, get a builder-ready SWMS. Compliant across all 8 states & territories — WHS Act & Regulations + VIC OHS Regs 2017. No missed safety checks. No rejections.
Tap a category — we'll narrow it down to your exact SWMS in seconds.
Your trade, what you're doing, your site details, how high you're working, what permits apply. All built-in — no safety knowledge needed.
Secure Stripe checkout. Cancel anytime with one month's notice. Generate up to 5, 15, or 40 SWMS per month depending on your plan. No lock-in.
Locked PDF ready to send straight to the builder. Plus a digital Sign-On Station link — open it on a tablet at site entry and workers sign on the spot. No app, no extra cost.
29 trades and growing. Each with their own hazard library — roofing, scaffolding, electrical, excavation, civil works, carpentry, plumbing and more. Not a generic list.
Password-protected and version-controlled. Builders trust it because no one can tamper with it. Version number increments automatically on every revision.
Specific to your tools and access methods — EWP, scaffold, platform ladder, power tools. Competency requirements written out. No "refer to Section 6" lazy cross-references.
Hot work, working at heights, confined space, LOTO, asbestos — if you select a permit, the required training and competencies are added automatically.
Got rejected? Use your private edit link to tweak the details and regenerate. No extra charge. The new version looks professional — date, version number, all updated.
Victoria (OHS Act) and all other states (Model WHS). Correct regulation references applied automatically based on your state.
After generating, you get a Sign-On Station link to open on any tablet or phone at site entry. Workers sign with a drawn signature — no app, no account needed. Timestamped, legally compliant, and stored against your SWMS. Built for subcontractors and labour-hire crews.
HSEque documents include every section a builder's safety team checks — HRCW assessment, risk matrix with hierarchy of controls, plant & equipment checklist, permit requirements, worker consultation record, and PC sign-off. The format is built directly against Schedule 1 of WHS Reg 2017 and Victoria's OHS Reg 5.1.1 requirements — the same legislation the builder's checklist is derived from. If yours gets knocked back, use the free revision link, fix whatever they flagged, and regenerate — no extra charge and it doesn't count against your monthly cap.
Yes. You start a free 30-day trial — card on file at sign-up, nothing charged for the first month, no promo code to enter. Pick your trade, answer the site questions, download the locked PDF, and generate as many SWMS as your plan allows for the whole month. Cancel anytime before the 30 days are up and you pay nothing. After that it rolls into your chosen plan from $12/month.
Plans reset monthly. Solo gets 5 SWMS, Pro gets 15, Business gets 40. Generate more than your cap and each extra SWMS costs the plan's overage rate — $5 on Solo, $4 on Pro, $3 on Business. The price is shown at the time of generation, no surprise bills. Most subbies stay well under cap. If you're consistently over, the next tier up is usually cheaper than the overages — you'll see a prompt suggesting the upgrade.
Yes — one month's notice from the day you cancel. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your account page and you'll keep access to your existing SWMS (and all your saved templates) until the end of the notice period. Come back later and your account picks up where it left off.
Every SWMS includes a private edit link. If the builder asks for changes, come back, update the details (more specific hazards, different PPE, whatever they flagged), and regenerate. The version number updates automatically so the builder can see it's been revised. Revisions are free and included in your subscription — no extra charge, no extra SWMS counted against your monthly cap.
No — and that's intentional. A locked, version-controlled PDF is more professional and prevents the document being altered without a proper revision trail. If you need to change something, use your private edit link, update the details in the form, and download a new version. It takes about 2 minutes.

All 8: NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT. Victoria runs under the OHS Act (non-harmonised); every other state uses the Model WHS legislation. HSEque automatically applies the right regulation references and requirements for whichever state you select — so a VIC SWMS doesn't accidentally cite WHS Act clauses that don't apply there, and vice versa.
No. You don't need to know what "HRCW" means or understand hierarchy of controls. Just tell us your trade, what you're doing, where you're working, and what equipment you're using. HSEque handles the safety language, risk ratings, and compliance sections automatically.
After you generate a SWMS, you get a Sign-On Station link. Open it on a tablet or a phone at site entry — workers sign with a drawn signature on the screen. No app to install, no account to create, no email required. Signatures are timestamped and stored against your SWMS, ready to show the builder if they ask for the sign-on record. Built for subbies and labour-hire crews who don't want every worker on a job to sign up for software just to start their shift.
